Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within seven days.
 
To return an item, please email customer service at gear@wickedsouth.co.za to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
 
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, alternatively the item can be dropped of at one of our drop off points (Durban only). We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method.
 
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect the condition of your item. If the product is still in the original condition and packaging we will gladly process a refund.  We will notify you by email with in 7 days after receipt of your return. 
 
The provision of goods and services by Wicked South is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of unavailability, Wicked South will refund the client in full within 30 days. Orders must be canceled within 24hrs of placing and paying for the order, else no refund will be made whatsoever.
